About Us
The Belleville Area Cares Coalition recognizes that no one individual, organization or government agency can prevent substance abuse on its own. We are comprised of local representatives from our schools, businesses, churches, village administration as well as parents and youth — all working together to promote healthy lifestyles.
We work to reduce the social, emotional and physical consequences from alcohol and other drug misuse in our community.
FACT:
Two-thirds of teens who misused pain relievers say that they got them from family and friends, including their home medicine cabinets.
